Caf-N should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.

Caf-N may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Caf-N should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Caf-N may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, Caf-N contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.

Caf-N should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Caf-N may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Caf-N is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
